First, please go to update the AMP plugin to the latest version by doing follow steps:
a/ Go to https://themeforest.net/ and login to the account you use to buy this theme. And go to download page and download "All files and documentation" from Soledad.
b/ Extract the download package > open the folder you received > open plugins folder - you can see penci-soledad-amp.zip - It's the latest version of the AMP plugin.
c/ Go to Plugins > All Plugins > deactivate & delete old AMP plugin > after that upload again the latest version of AMP plugin you got on step 2 & activate it.
After that, check it again and your issues will gone.

I installed the new version AMP plugin, 3.9 but when I check Load AMP Auto Ads Javascript in Customizer AMP, my AMP version is not valid anymore according with https://search.google.com/test/amp.

Yes, but because the auto ads option is not checked... At the moment I check that option I have that issue.

Google Adsense auto ads will give you 2 codes, one code required to add it inside <head> tag and one code required add inside <body> tag
Let's add the code inside <head> tag via Customizer AMP > Header > Add Custom Code Inside <head> Tag
And add the code inside <body> tag via Customizer AMP > Header > Add Custom Code after <body> Tag
