As I checked, you're using version 7.3.6, so please remove the code at the end of functions.php file like on this image: http://prntscr.com/uon4qx ( if you don't see it, you can ignore this step ) After that, do following this guide to get auto-updates the theme with one-click: https://pencidesign.ticksy.com/article/15633/
For the topbar menu issue, the top bar menu is not supported for drop-down/fixed on the mobile. For main navigation, you can click here to show it
2/ Example on your site: If you want to display category "多次元奇門紫微論命" on the homepage look like that, please go to Posts > Categories > edit category "多次元奇門紫微論命" > scroll down and on "Select Featured Layout for Magazine Layout" > select "Style 14" - check this image: http://prntscr.com/1101axa

Click on <Homepage options>, the settings related to <view all> are only these(as shown in the picture2). I can’t find the <Text Color for "View All" Button>
Of course, that option can't work because you can't make the logo display outside the main navigation, right?
If you want to make your logo display bigger, here are your solutions:
1/ Remove all the space around your logo image - check this image - you can see your logo image has many violet areas around your logo image, you should remove it. I've helped you cut all those spaces, you can download the new logo image and upload & replace it with your current logo image.
2/ After did point 1/ you can go to Customize > Logo and Header > Main Bar & Primary Menu > on "Custom Main Bar Height ( Min 30px )" and "Custom Sticky Main Bar Height When Scroll Down ( Min 30px )" - change it to make the Main Bar display bigger.
3/ If you want to make the logo display bigger more, you can add more this code to Customize > Custom CSS:

1/ This issue caused by you're using a plugin that has included the CSS from bootstrap and it has bad CSS and makes your check out page broken. You can find what's the plugin has this or add more this code to Customize > Custom CSS to override it:
2/ You can add more of this code to Customize > Custom CSS to change the background & text color for numbers on the cart icon:

When I used elemntor to customize the woocommerce page, there was a conflict with the theme.

2. If the answer to 1. is no, then what should be done to allow elementor to access their components normally?
