This issue caused by your logo image has many white space arround it. As you can check here
I've cut the white spaces to help you. You can download the new logo image from my attachment and upload & replace with your current logo image.
And if you want to increase more the logo image size on the current header layout, you can try copy the code below and paste this code at the end of Appearance > Customize > Custom CSS box:
I have uploaded the new logo but I don't know why on the home page the logo continues to appear much smaller and on the other pages, on the other hand, with the changes that you have provided me, it looks correctly.
Do you know why it is? Is there a way to homogenize and make the home page look the same as the other pages?
Please go to Pages > All Pages > edit your homepage > scroll down and click on the "Header" tab > and make sure you don't select the custom logo image for that page here. If yes, let's remove it.

I'm trying to upload the logo on the web, but when I upload it, it comes out blurry or too big and I can't find a way to modify it.
Besides, a different logo appears on the homepage and another on the pages and I don't know why.
