    Good day, can you tell me why the plugin "PDF Viewer" by ThemeNcode is not working on my website? I regularly entered the following code.

    The integration of the PDF is displayed correctly in Wordpress. But you can't see anything from the outside. I ask for help.

    Another problem is that the "PDF Embedder" plugin is still displayed even though I have already deactivated and deleted it. Look here:

    Hi,

    It seems the shortcodes:

    [tnc-pdf-viewer-iframe file="https://diskurs-hamburg.de/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/DISKURS-Beitraege-aktiv.pdf" width="1920" height="1050" download="true" print="true" fullscreen="true" share="true" zoom="true" open="true" pagenav="true" logo="true" find="true" current_view="true" rotate="true" handtool="true" doc_prop="true" toggle_menu="true" language="en-US" page="" default_zoom="auto" pagemode=""]

    has been added inside ThemeNcode and when you activate another theme, it will gone with the theme.

    It's not the issues relate with our theme, so we can't do anything on this.

    I think you can use another PDF View plugin like this plugin to make it showing: https://wordpress.org/plugins/embed-pdf-viewer/
