I have several categories in my site.
For example I have background-check-and-locate this category that has the following url https://isog.org/category/background-check-and-locate/
Now if I create a page with the same url, does this create a conflict?
I want to use the same following page
http://demosoledad.pencidesign.com/soledad-law-firm-multipurpose/our-blog/but keep the same name of the category.

1/ Normally, it won't cause the conflict if you don't use a plugin to remove 'category' words on the URL:
https://isog.org/category/background-check-and-locate/
because the page you created will have an URL like this:
https://isog.org/background-check-and-locate/
