I build the landing page of my side with Elementor without issues. Now I need to make some changes but Elementor (version 3.2.1) doesn't give me the chance to do nothing in the slider show. How to overcome this issue? The only part that I can select in order to have Elementor menu are the section but no the elements inside!
It related to the latest update from Elementor. We're working on it to fix it
Now, if you want to get it back to works, you can roll back to the old version of Elementor and wait until the new update release to fix the issues with the latest update from Elementor and you can update again the theme & Elementor
Our developers just tested the theme and didn't see this issue. Have you tried deactivate other plugins to check it first? Maybe you have another plugin caused this problems.
there is for sure an issue about compatibility between Elementor v. 3.2.1 vs. something else. I had to roll back to version 3.1.4 of Elementor to get the control of my website. For the other side Elementor developer clear stated that the new version is like a test version as you can see from screenshot, and they suggest executing the upgrade in a temporary development environment. So I suggest advising your customers because this issue actually is affecting five websites that don't use the same plug-ins, but they use the Soledad theme.
YeahBut, our developers just tested the latest version 7.9.0 + Elementor latest version 3.2.1 and didn't see any problem.
So, can you go ahead to update it and if the issues still appear, can you try to deactivate plugins to check it to find what's plugin caused this issue?
