Hi on my site I am using a Penci Slider to show Ad images within a column on the right hand side of my site. Everything worked perfectly when I had 3 slides and the slider would scroll the three backgrounds as expected.
However yesterday I tried to add a 4th and applied a background with the same settings as the previous 3. From the Screenshots.
PEN1b = Slider with 3 slides all showing correctly
PEN2a = Slider updated with 4th slide and showing when I make the change
PEN3a = But on my live site the 4th image is missing, the IMG URL is there just not the image, the other 3 images are fine and appear correctly, the problem is only with this 4th slide.
I have tried different images and each time I make the change I clear the cache.

It seems you've saved it as a draft or forgot to save it. I just checked and I didn't see the 4th slide on edit your page by using Elementor.

Please re-add the 4th slide > save it > and clear all the cache from WP Fastest Cache and check it again.

After I made my screens I deleted slide 4 so that my live site did not have the error.
I have redone slide four and as you can see when I am in Elementor everything looks ok and I press update.
Then when I clear cache and go to live site the image is missing but the URL I attached to it is there.

Hi,
I found the problems. You need to re-build the merge files here by click on "Purge All" button then clear all the caches after that.
And it works now, you can check it again on anonymous browsers to see the correct results.
