to delete "social icons" under "keep in touch". Actually I have a set under news (only twitter and linkedin as I prefer, choosen in customize/general section) and another set wit more social icons and I need to know where I can delete it.
You can go to Customize > General > Show/Hide Social Sharing > and hide the like here
To manage the widgets, please go to Appearance > Widgets > remove widgets you don't want to use on the "Main Sidebar" or custom sidebars ( if you're using custom sidebars )

to delete "recent comments" banner
to delete "keep in touch" banner
