At this moment, this tool just available for Window only ( we've said about it in the video tutorial ). We've lost 6 months to develop this tool Please find a window PC and do that.. The tool for MAC is not available now.
I just want to say that you can install Windows 10 on your Mac through BootCamp, and it's fully supported by Apple. Installation is quite simple, you can follow Apple's instructions here: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201468
And hey @PenciDesign, it seems Penci PageSpeed Optimizer plugin is not compatible with PHP 8.0, I had to downgrade to PHP 7.4 to activate this plugin, otherwise it will give 503 error. Are there any plans to make it compatible with PHP 8.0?
All of that is PHP notices - doesn’t affect the running of your website and can’t be caused the 500 error. It seems you have another plugin caused the problems with PHP 8. I’m sure 90% that it doesn’t relate to our theme and plugins. Can you check with your plugins first?
I have tried deactivating all plugins from my website and only activating two plugins "Penci Shortcodes & Performance" and "Penci PageSpeed Optimizer". And after updating to PHP 8.0, it continues to show error 503 :(. I have recorded a video and you can watch it here: https://streamable.com/8ggook
Before that, my website was updated to PHP 8.0 and all other plugins are working properly.
How can I use with MAC?
To run CSS.exe

Hi @Vy,
Thank you for your suggestions.
For compatibility with PHP 8, we will check it again with our developers and will improve it in the future updates

Hi @Vy,
Our developer team just checked the plugin with PHP 8 and I didn't see any problems, have you sure you've enabled the mbstring as we said here: https://optimize.pencidesign.net/1.-installation-1 ?

Hi PenciDesign,
Certainly I enabled the mbstring extension for PHP 8.0 (https://prnt.sc/1254s4f)
I don't know where the problem is coming from but when I upgrade to PHP 8.0 again, I get 503 error code.
Here is some information I got from the error_log file, hopefully it will help your development team.

Hi,
Strange, our developers checked it with PHP 8 and didn't see any problems.
I just checked it with my testing site on A2Hosting with PHP 8 and didn't see any problems also.
So, please send me an email via our contact form and let me know more detail about:
- Your WordPress site admin URL
- Your WordPress site admin account ( username and password )
- Your hosting account ( hosting URL, username and password to login to the hosting ) and where to change the PHP version from your hosting.
And we will check it to help you. It seems that's something wrong from your hosting.
We will stop discussing this issue in this topic because I don't want @novatise to get many emails about this
Best Regards,
PenciDesign
