Hello, Before I update the theme, I wanted to ask whether it is compatible with the Nitropack caching plugin? especially with the option of Critical CSS
When you use the "Penci Page Speed Optimizer" from the theme - you don't need to using anything from Nitropack plugin. You can do follow the video here to optimize speed for your site - it will be faster more than Nitropack:
Nitropack using tricks to get good scores on Google Page Speed, we don't do like thatYour site will be real faster much when use the Page Speed Optimizer from the theme.
But I still want to continue using Nitropack, which is why I extended the support to ask this question. So I would like to know whether the update is compatible with nitropack or not?
Thanks for the reassuring, but I notice a remark on the instruction "When you enable this option, some options from Customize > Speed Optimization > Optimize CSS, Optimize Javascript, Optimize HTML will auto disabled." (Attached).
Kindly can you elaborate on that as I didn't notice any configuration changed on "General & Lazyload", "Optimize CSS", "Optimize JavaScript", and "Optimize HTML"
Also, I disabled the following in NitroPAck:
Disable minification of JavaScript, CSS, and HTML resources.
Disable automatic image lazy loading.
Disable optimize CSS Delivery (Critical CSS).
Disable combine CSS into one resource.
Disable override font rendering behavior (Swap).
Disable combine JS into one resource.
In addition, I kept the following enabled in NitroPack:
Enabled image optimization (image optimization for size and delivery 'CDN').
Enabled remove render-blocking resources.
Enabled ignore query parameters for static assets.
So, Kindly if you can assist us if our configuration is good or need tweaking.
Yes, I understood that and it is installed already but in your help article "Speed Optimization", in the 1st point "Enable Page Speed Optimizer" (as highlighted in the previous attachment), it clearly stated, "When you enable this option, some options from Customize > Speed Optimization > Optimize CSS, Optimize Javascript, Optimize HTML will auto disabled.".
But nothing disabled on those 3 sections, so which of the settings need to be disabled so we can do it manually.
There is no action needed when you activate itWhen you activate this option, we already disabled some options from Customize > Speed Optimization > Optimize CSS, Optimize Javascript, Optimize HTML. Even you activate it, it won't running.
It's about knowing which options will disabled when I use the Page Speed Optimizer with "Critical CSS Tool". because I want to check them to make sure everything is working properly. could you tell me that please ?
and I would also like to know if the options of nitropack :
Disable minification of JavaScript, CSS, and HTML resources.
Disable automatic image lazy loading.
Disable optimize CSS Delivery (Critical CSS).
Disable combine CSS into one resource.
Disable override font rendering behavior (Swap).
Disable combine JS into one resource.
--------------------------------
Enabled image optimization (image optimization for size and delivery 'CDN').
Enabled remove render-blocking resources.
Enabled ignore query parameters for static assets.
could cause a problem in the theme?
because the other options that work with the Page Speed Optimizer ( minification of JavaScript, CSS, and HTML resources, for example) are deactivated in the Nitropack plugin.

Hi,
You can't use Nitropack together with the Penci PageSpeed Optimizer.
So, if you want to keep Nitropack works, let's disable the Penci PageSpeed Optimizer. We don't want to run 2 optimize speed plugins at the same time.
And if you want to use Penci PageSpeed Optimizer, let's disable the Nitropack plugin.
You've asked before about "this update" is compatible with Nitropack or not - I said: "Yes"
That means, the theme can work with Nitropack, but the plugin "Penci PageSpeed Optimizer" can't work together with "Nitropack"

OK,
What about the attachment?
Did you take a look at it?
Regards,
Hi,
It's options from Customize > Speed Optimization > "Optimize CSS", "Optimize Javascript", "Optimize HTML"
Please make sure you've installed & activate plugin "Penci Shortcodes & Performance" to see those options

Hi,
It seems you didn't understand my reply.
That means: when you activate that option - some options from here - NOT options from Nitropack.
Options below will be auto disabled when you enable the speed optimizer:
- Preload Font Icons Stylesheet from The Theme
- Move Font Icons Stylesheet to Footer
- Preload Google Fonts from The Theme
- Preload all other stylesheets - except main stylesheet from the theme & Elementor & WPBakery Page Builder
- Exclude CSS name(s) you don't want to add preload
- Requirement stylesheets to add preload
- Move jQuery to Footer
- Lazy Load Google Adsense?
- Load deferred for JS files from the theme
- Manually add JS name(s) to load defer="defer"
- Minify HTML
For options from Nitropack, we don't know because we didn't test it with Nitropack.
