Question 1. I installed Google Analytics through MonsterInsights plugin, but people are saying that's it slows your website speed and I have problems with page loading speed, so optimizing it would be helpful!
Is there a more efficient way to add Google Analytics code to my blog without using Monster Insights?
Question 2.
What if I don't need Penci Recipe? Can I delete the plugin? Will it speed up my website?
1/ Who saying it’s slow website? Have you feeling it’s slow? I didn’t see it’s slow here. I loads your site with 3G and it just take 1-2 secs to load everything. So, it can’t slow.
For Analytics, you can add it via Customize > Footer > General > Google Analytics Code.
Remember rebuild the merge files via Dashboard > PageSpeed Optimizer > click on “Purge All” button and clear all the cache after that.
2/ Yes, you can. It doesn’t affect much to your site speed because it’s a light weight plugin.

Thank you for your replies.
Isn't Google Analytics code supposed to go into Header?
Hi,
If you want to do that, you can put the code via Customize > Logo and Header > Add Custom Code Inside <head> Tag
