I know you have included some speed optimization options in your theme and I use some of them, together with A2 Hosting speed options and Cloudflare. I have also seen your guide for minifying CSS but its too much work to do (and remember to do this) everytime a page changes, so I am not using it.
The biggest issue in terms of load speed is Instagram. I would like to be able to add Instagram images without having to reduce size before uploading to Instagram if possible. It seems though when using tools like Gtmetrix, that the Instagram images are what is causing this big page size.
Do you have any idea on how to keep Instagram and reduce image size/load, without having to edit them before uploading to Instagram?
We get your Instagram images based on the Instagram API, and it only gives full-size images.. We want to get smaller size images, but it doesn't provide any API to help us to get it... So, there is no way to do that.
Also, if you using our Speed Optimizer plugin, you don't need to generate CSS for each page changes
In your video about speed optimization, you are showing that I would have to download a piece of software and run my CSS through it everytime I change a page. Is that video and documentation outdated? This one: https://optimize.pencidesign.net/
It means, if your changes affect much to the first screen( like change the header layout, the slider on the homepage ), you should generate the critical CSS to make sure everything displays better. It's not every time you update a page

I use them in Top header at this point on my blog: https://thegimms.com
Thanks, Michael
