    when I'm importing the Demo files, it still looping forever

    Hi,

    Please login to your hosting > Select PHP version > make sure you've enabled the xmlreader and xmlrpc - check this image: http://prntscr.com/12ogpui

    Also, please make sure php-xml module is enabled.

    I see some case like this before caused by this problemsmile.png
