When you move your site from the staging site to the main site, you should export your database to .SQL file and open it and replace all the URL from the staging site to your main site and import this database to your new file.
I don't know how you did before but it seems that's missing and caused the problems.

Now, maybe you can try to use this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/better-search-replace/ to replace all old URL with your new URL.
