What do you mean "main bar"? Please take a screenshot and take note. The main difference is logo images, If you want your logo background is transparent, please save it in PNG format.
Your menu bar is currently transparent as our demo site. Please open your site in the private tab/incognito mode to test it. When you scroll your site, the menu bar automatically changes the background to white, this also happened when you show Admin Bar.
