    I have a problem installing the required plugin, especially WP-form (attached image). Could you please show me how to fix it?

    Hi,

    Please go to Plugins > Installed Plugins, then select all and Active all plugins on this page.

    The messages of your site meaning the plugin folder already on your site. If you can't active, please access your site via FTP or install the plugin File Manager, then go to wp-content/plugins folder, delete all file/folder in here and go to the Dashboard to install the plugins again.

    If you can't resolve this problem, please send me your site login credential, I'll check and help you.

    Hi,

    Your site displays an error on your Dashboard: Installation failed: Could not create directory, and this is a report from Site Health.
