    hi, i've spent hours searching and testing but i can't find the options to change the background color in:

    Upper header (Replace black with blue color), background of the sections in the side column of: categories, recent entries, files, etc.); and the bottom of the black to blue footer

    Hi,

    All the color settings locate in Appearance > Customize,

    1. Header Line: please go to TopBar > Color, change the color in "Top Posts" Background Color

    2. Background of the sections in the side column: go to Sidebar > colors, change the background color on Sidebar Widget Heading Background Color and Sidebar Widget Heading Background Outer Color.

    3. Footer: go to Footer > Colors, change the color of Footer Widget Area Background (blue note), Footer Section Background Color (green note).
