Hi there! is there a way how I can make this website a one-page website for a while and then switch it back to several pages website when needed? For now, I need only one page without any menus.

    Thanks,

    Rolands

    Hi,

You can create one page with Elementor Plugin, then assign this page as Home Page on Settings > Reading.

For more information, please read this article: https://elementor.com/blog/build-one-page-website/

If you want to disable the menu, please go to Appearance > Menus, then delete all items in the current menu you're using on the Header.

    Best Regards,
    PenciDesign.

    Thanks a lot.

1/ The example given relates to another (Hallo) theme. Can I still use Soledad theme and remove Header for one page website? Should I maybe choose Elementor landing page option for this purpose?

2/ Can I somehow revert my already built home page into one page website so I don't have to rebuild it?

    Thanks

    Rolands

    Hi,

    1. You can use any WordPress Theme to build one page with Elemento and you should choose Elementor landing page option.

    2. Yes. You can convert the current page to one page by edit some elements on this page by Elementor. For example: remove menu or edit menu link to the page section, ...

    Hi,

You can edit the menu by going to Appearance > Menus. When adding a new menu item, please select Custom Links on the left side, then add ID of the section, you can view the screenshot for more info:

    Hi!

    Thanks for the advice!

    1) Do I have to use section ID which is created with an Anchor in Elementor or there is another way to create section ID within the theme?

    2) I have created a one-page Menu with one Custom link for now with the ID of Elementor Anchor. The menu does not appear on the top of the page though. It's still written Create a Menu or select a menu. Where can I change this?

    Thanks,

    Rolands

    Hi,

    1. You can manually add your custom ID by select the element section, move to tab Advance, and fill your ID in CSS ID.

    2. Please go to the page you set as homepage, scroll down to Page Options, select Header tab then select your Menu you want to display in Custom Primary Menu.

    Hi!

I have done all the steps you mentioned but I still don't get my created Manu in the Header and Footer. Have a look at the screenshots attached.
