Block title in RAW html???

    How to make a custom title with padding around.

    If we use RAW html to add code it does not allow us the name and frame. Is there any way to make the caste code work differently. See example in attachment.

    Why you don't use Penci Text Block? This element support block title and HTML content + shortcode as raw HTML.
