Hey there, I noticed today the images do not render correctly on Microsoft edge browser. For instance, the side bar profile picture and all featured images of the post do not appear correctly.
I also noticed when I tried to use the boxed feature for the home page, the image became disproportionately large on edge.
They seem to work fine on chrome. Would you please take a look and advise?
Hi, the issue is I tried to implement the boxed images on home page yesterday. After I have added the images and URL link for 8 boxes, I immediately noticed the Edge browser had issues displaying images on the home page.
I then disabled the box option and removed all content (images, URL). However, I found the home page images are still messed up.
1. the featured slider disappeared from the homepage. As a matter of fact, when i initially launch the site https://homenaturallymade.com/, I do a flash of the slider, and sometimes some green fonts, and then disappeared.
2. home page side bar image, "about" and "healthy aperture" badge became tiny.
is that so that boxed images may cause issues? can they co-exist with featured slider?
Anyway, how to restore the slider and fix the image issues?
Hi, what is the proper way to clear all the cache? I use wp rocket so I clicked "clear cache" and "purge OPcache" under wp rocket, but that didn't seem to work for Edge. Chrome is OK now.
Please try to clear your Edge browser cache then test again.
For the WP Rocket plugin: Go to the Settings → WP Rocket → Dashboard tab and press the Clear cache button. Another way is via the WordPress tool bar (or admin bar). Roll over the WP Rocket menu link, and you will see a dropdown menu. Click on the Clear cache link.
Hi, I did both, cleared Edge browser cache and cleared WP rocket cache. But Edge still not working properly. I noticed Edge will show the slider just for a flash, and then disappeared. Why is that?

Hi,
1. For the image on the sidebar, please go to Appearance > Customize > Custom CSS, then add the following custom CSS code:
.about-widget img {width: 100%;
}
Remember to clear your site cache after adding this.
2. Your site image is lazyloaded and display correctly on my Edge browser, please clear the browser cache then reload again.

After you made some change to your site, please make sure you clear all the cache.

Please try the following link on your Edge:
If link 1 working fine, please try to check the WP-Rocket configuration, the problem from your cache plugin.
I've tested the live version and no problem found.
