Don't know why my website opens like this and after a second and I scroll down it came back to normal.

    Why it be like this?

The screen shot is from page speed insight.

    Hi,

Please turn of Lazyloading from the W3 Total Settings, clear all site cache then try to load again.

    Regards,
    PenciDesign.

I can't find any options for lazyloading in W3 Total Settings. I've cleared all site cache, it remains the same.

    Hi,

    I've config your site by:

    1. Turn of CSS/JS Minify, lazyload of WP Super Cache,
    2. Regenerate Critical CSS for the homepage,
    3. Clear all cache.

    Please check your site.

    Regards,
    PenciDesign.

My website seems broken when I visit in Incognito mode. It seems like it's running in amp mode but I deleted the plugin.

But it's normal when I login to the backend. How can I fix it?

I post here because I can't verify my purchase code, I can't submit a new ticket. Please help.

I'm still having the same loading error in Incognito mode. Should I update the page speed optimize CSS tool?

    Hi,

The popular post gets data from the post view. In case you want the popular post showing data correctly, please enable the Ajax Post View and show it on the Single Post.

Please go to Appearance → Customize → Single Posts → General: make sure you've checked to

    • Enable ajax Post View Count,
    • Show Views Count

    Regards,
    PenciDesign.

    Hi,

Please make sure 2 points below:

1/ Edit your "Popular Posts Widgets" > and make sure you've selected to display popular posts once weekly or once montly.

2/ Please edit a post and follow the data there: http://prntscr.com/1x14koi

Make sure those post views data on "This Week Views" will be clear within 7 days

If you see the data on "This Week Views" is the same as "All Time Views" - that means the data can't be clear within 7 days and this issue is caused by your hosting doesn't support wp_schedule_event function from WordPress. So, if you want to get it to work, please contact your hosting provider and requirement them to allows it. It's not the problem controlled by our theme if your hosting can't be run the wp_schedule_event function from WordPress

    Best Regards,
