how can we add a checkbox to accept our Privacy Policy in the comment fields before the send button?

Please check the attached screenshot.

The Checkbox should be Mandatory.

Very Important the Link to Privacy Policy in the Text of Checkbox-Label and also that the Section should be before the Button and after Form.

thanks for the tip. It Works but i have Problems because the Label is in english.

I also read in The Support Forum that people have problems with the language or translation.
