I'm having an issue where the page header background image will no longer load/show and instead, it just shows a gray background (see link above). I've attached a screenshot showing the configuration in the customizer. Please advise. Thank you!
After you made a change, please go to Appearance → Customize → Speed Optimization → Optimize CSS, click the Regenerate CSS File button, then clear your site cache.
Oh wow, thank you! I think I did "regenerate CSS files" but then didn't clear the cache again. Do I need to do this anytime I make any change (like a new post), or only if I change something on a page?
You need to click this button when you made a change about color, font, background, ... on the Customize Panel. You don't need to do it when publishing a new post.
