1 I installed the plugin "Ultimate Addons for Gutenberg" to create a Table of Content for my Post. The problem is the table of content looks good for logged-in users, but for logged-out users, it looks very different.

Probably this is caused by the latest update of WordPress 5.8

1. After installed any plugins, please clear all your site cache, then go to Settings → PageSpeed Optimizer, click on Purge All button,
2. Some plugins you've installed doesn't compatible with the latest version of WordPress. For example:
Please wait for all the plugins up to date then check again.
