    Hi,

    I recently noticed that the theme has the social media icons set as follow. which is very bad for SEO and web health.
    Please could you tell me how to fix this issue? and have all social media links as nonfollow? thanks

    Hi,

    Please install the External Links plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-external-links/

    You can manage all links on your website by adding extra tags. For the instruction, please follow the link above.

    Hi, I installed the plugin followed the steps but this is not working for the social media external links. I remember this theme used to have social media external links set as non-folow. what hapennened? and so how can I fix this issue? btw I believe all external social share links should be set as non-follow by default. so please let me know what are my options here?!

    Hi,

    Please go to Appearance → Customize → General → Extra Options, select nofollow at Select "rel" Attribute Type for Social Media & Social Share Icons.
