For some reason, social sharing is not working specifically with Facebook. Twitter social sharing works fine.
The social sharing does not work for any of my post images, even though I have checked to make sure they are the proper file size and dimensions.
I use Yoast SEO plugin, and even if I manually set the Facebook sharing image, the image will not render on Facebook. The Facebook debug tool returns the response code 200.
I have reached out to Yoast and they say it's an issue with my theme, which I highly doubt.
The Yoast SEO plugin doesn't render the Open Graph image tag, so I've configured the social share by installing the Open Graph and Twitter Card Tags plugin. This plugin is compatible with Yoast SEO.
Now the social share on Facebook working properly.

Your post image does not show on Facebook because the Yoast SEO plugin does not render the og:image tag on the header.
