Problem with CLS on Search Console

    Hi,

    In the Web Vitals reports in Search Console, all the URLs of my website suddenly got the red flag on computer and orange flag on mobile.

    Search Console points a problem with CLS : "Problème CLS : plus de 0,25 (ordinateur)"

    There is another problem. I've noticed that the featured image of single posts takes time to load. The feature image is 800x450px. When it loads, we can see a higher grey area before the image appears with the right size.

    I believe those two problems are connected. Could you please have a look?

    Hi,

    1. Please go to Appearance → Customize → Logo & Header → Logo, enter your logo height for Desktop and Mobile at Set A Height for Logo Image. This option will improve the CLS score,

    2. Navigate to Speed Optimization → General & Lazyload: scroll down to the bottom and check the Disable Lazyload Images on Single Posts option.

    Hi,

    Thanks for replying so fast. Both problem seem to be solved if I trust Pagespeed Insight. I suppose I will have to wait a few days to see the effect on Search Console. If you want to close this ticket, I can open a new one in a while if the problem is still there.
