How can I add 2 sidebars to my blog/article posts? I see that there are 2 sidebars on some of the demos but can't figure out where they are in my settings.

I've updated the theme. But as soon as I did that - my site traffic plummeted.

Is this because of a google analytics error when updating?

    Hi,

Yes. When you update your theme, WordPress will put your site in maintenance mode, so Google Analytics will not available at this time. Everything working properly again when the update progress is completed.

    PenciDesign.

How long will this take to update?

    PenciDesign replied

    Hi,

The progress only needs about under 5 minutes.

    PenciDesign.

  • msutyler2 replied

thats not good - the analytics have been wrong for almost 2 hours now?

    PenciDesign replied

    Hi,

After the update is completed, you need to clear all your site cache to make your site refresh and update all data.

Please understand: the analytics code not working when your site is in maintenance mode (about < 5 minutes), and everything will work properly after this time. So please check your GA code again.

    Regards,
    PenciDesign.

I've noticed a pretty large decrease in pageviews since updating to the new theme. Have other customers experienced a decrease in pageviews when updating? Or is it just a coincidence that I updated the theme and there was a traffic decrease?

    Hi,

There is no one has any problem with Google Analytics after update this theme, but there're many users who have a problem when using W3 Total Cache + Google Analytics.

Please try to disable the Lazyload for GA JS code on W3 Total Cache settings then try to check again.

    Regards,
    PenciDesign.
