    Hello Penci Design Team,
    I have a two questions:

    1. Can the font size for the search field "Type and hit enter..." be changed via the panel or do i need to edit css? I searched through various options and found no setting.

    2. Can I use the logo in .svg format without modifying template files?

    Best Regards

    Hi,

    1. You can change "Type and hit enter..." via this CSS:

    .show-search #searchform input.search-input {
        font-size: 14px;
    } .show-search #searchform input::-moz-text-control-editing-root,
    .show-search #searchform input::placeholder,
    .show-search #searchform input::-moz-text-control-preview {
        font-size: inherit;
    }
    2. You can use the SVG logo format without modifying any template.

    Regards,
    PenciDesign.

    Hi.  I've tried this CSS, in order to change the size of the text in the search form (which is, by default, way too small).  It didn't work, and I'm wondering whether I entered it in the right place.  I copied and pasted the text into the built-in CSS editor, then published — nada.

    Am I doing this wrong?  Should it be in one of the Theme Files?  If so, which one?

    Hi.  I've been trying to send you a private ticket, but there's nowhere in the form to enter my purchase code.  So I'll post the URL here:  https://www.dysarm.com

    (Might want to fix the form.)

    Douglas, add in "Custom CSS" (Soledad template options) the following code:

    #top-search input.search-input {
        font-size: 30px !important;
    }

    That worked! Thank you — it's now almost perfect. I can't figure out how to make it PT Serif, but (if someone wants a recipe that looks good) I upped it to 17px and added:

    font-weight:bold;

    As I mentioned below, it's impossible to submit a ticket on this support forum.  When you click on "Verify Purchase With Envato," it simply sends you back to the beginning of the submission process.  There's no way of verifying the purchase (which is maddening).  The only way I managed to post this was by replying to a former conversation — which is why this is under the wrong topic.  This REALLY needs to be fixed.  Oh, and your support email address isn't working either; so there's essentially no way to contact you, except via this roundabout method.

    Anyway, here's my issue.  Google Search Console just emailed me this Top Error:

    Unparsable structured data > Invalid value in field "itemtype"

    I don't know what this means, much less what to do about it.  Can you please help?

    Hi Douglas Cooper,

    Maybe your item support has been expired, please go to ThemeForest then renew item support.

    About your problem, please send me a page related to this error. I'll check and help you.

    Regards,
    PenciDesign.

    Hi there.  My URL is www.dysarm.com

    My support hasn't expired; I just paid for this.  The problem is that there's *literally no way of inputting verification.*  It can't be done. Try it -- there's a problem with your site.

    Hi,

    I've checked your site on Google Rich Snippet but have not found this issue: https://search.google.com/test/rich-results?url=http%3A%2F%2Fdysarm.com%2F&user_agent=1. Please forward this error to [email protected], I'll check and take a look at this issue.
