    Hi,

    I couldn't update the theme automatically. I installed the Envato plugin and inserted OAuth Personal Token. It was verified. But I couldn't see any update notification. I always had to download the theme directly from ThemeForest.

    For example, right now, you have just released version 8.0.2 and the theme I am using is 8.0.1. But I didn't see any notification from my dashboard.

    Sometimes, Envato API updates it slow a bit. Can you please try it again now?

    Hi,

    It still didn't work yet. I have just checked. 

    Regularly, with some other themes, when I clicked Updates Under Dashboard, all of the plugins and themes which are required to be updated will appear there. So all I need to do is just tick any plugin or theme which I would like to update and then it should work.

    I hope we can do that with your theme as well.

    Hi,

    Yes, you can get the update automatically with our theme.

    That's strange, we never see this problem before.

    Hi,

    We've tested our theme on my testing site and I can go update normally.

    I've checked the settings on your site and I see it's correct. So, please check points below:

    1/ Make sure you've checked on:

    • View and search Envato sites
    • Download your purchased items
    • List purchases you've made

    When creating your Envato Token.

    2/ If you already did point 1 and it still doesn't work, please try to deactivate all plugins ( except plugins that come from the theme ) and try it again. If it works, let's enable each plugin to check what plugin caused this issue.  Maybe some plugins blocked the API results from Envato API.

    3/ If the 2 points above doesn't work, I think your hosting has something blocked the Envato API, you need to contact and ask them about this. It should be allowed.
