Theme Files Downloading Issue

    I have purchased the Soledad theme today and when downloading all files it's just downloading its license. 

    And that license file only includes a license but not the child themes and other files.

    Please look into this matter.

    Hi,

    Maybe you've downloaded the wrong file. Please log in to ThemeForest, select All files & documentation options on the download button.

    Yes, I have checked. The option is there but I need to download whole files including child themes. But it only downloaded a 184 KB file. I am attaching a screenshot of the downloaded file.
