    The CSS tool keeps saying that my site does not have an optimize plugin. But I do have one installed and I have all the needed plugins installed too. Please help.

    Hi,

    I've checked your site. The problem because you've activated the maintenance mode, please disable this function then try to run the Critical CSS Tool again.

    Sorry to join here.  I was trying to submit a new ticket after purchasing support extension (it's until July 2022)  but it keeps saying "You need to enter the Envato Market purchase code you got for this product."  I cannot find anywhere to enter the code...  So, my first question is How can I submit a ticket? 

    My original question was about Critical CSS Tool, because it seems something is wrong on my site.  No files actually generated, it seems, although it said the files generated successfully. The attached screenshot is after I refresh app. As you see you cannot see any file names.  Thank you for your help!
