How can I change the title part of "CATEGORY: MAGAZINE" on the attached image page?

What if I want to put a descriptive text under that heading?

Hi,
1/ You can change it via Customize > Quick Text Translation > Text "Category: "
2/ You can go to Posts > Categories > edit category "Magazine" and add the text to "Category Description"
