    Hi there,

I cannot get my Contact Form to work. The error message on the form page says: [contact-form-7 404 "Not Found"] - I have two forms in my admin, do I need to delete one? They look set up correctly. I don't know why my form is not showing up or active.

    Thanks for the help. Jennie

    Hi,

You need to re-update your Contact Form shortcodes.

Please go to Dashboard > Contact > and copy the shortcode of the contact form you want to display on your contact page - check this image

After that, go to Dashboard > Pages > All Pages > edit your "Contact" page > and replace the old contact form shortcode with the new shortcode you got above.

Hi, thank you. But my Contact Form says Elementor - and I cannot figure out when I'm in Elementor where to put the code. And if I'm not in Elementor, I cannot figure out where to paste the code. Here are two screenshots that I see when I'm on my Contact page (in admin) - but I understand the process you are describing, just not where to put the code?

    Thanks

    Hi,

You can click "Edit by Elementor" and edit your contact page or click on "Back to WordPress Editor" to change it to WordPress Editor ( because I see your Contact Page doesn't needed to use Elementor to config it )
