    Is there a way to create specific content between the related articles and the footer in the post?

    Hi,

    You can use the Footer Widget Area to do that.

    Please go to Appearance > Widgets > drag & drop widget to "Footer Column #1", "Footer Column #2", "Footer Column #3"... to put your content in those places.
