    Hello,

    As showed in latest demo, https://soledaddemo.pencidesign.net/

    How to get the effect as show in attached screenshot without using elementor?

    1. Green circle: How to setting background colour for title, categories etc?

    2. Orange circle: How to show the "News Highlight" in Homepage?

    How to do all these without using elementor?

    Hi,

    This homepage demo was built with the Elementor plugin. 

    1. The green circle is the Post mega of the Penci Big Grid element,

    2. The News Highlight is the Penci News Ticker element.

    Unfortunately, you can't build this layout without using Elementor.
