    Hi!

I had a problem with the Single Post Templates options.

With the most recent update of the theme, I lost the main image in most of the posts I have in my site (which are not many, by the way).
In most of my posts, I had selected Template Style No. 2 as in your example:
    https://soledad.pencidesign.net/soledad-hipster/my-story-good-hair-day/?single_style=style-2&body=boxed-none
But now, the main images no longer appear, even with the option selected:

Hide Featured Image Auto Appears on This Post?

This option just apply for Single Post Template Style 1 & 2. If you want to hide Featured Images auto appears for all posts, check option for it via Customize > Single Posts > General > Hide Featured Image on Top

    >> No, Show Featured Image

    Look this examples:

    https://elespaciodeart.com/consumacion-de-independencia-mexico/
    https://elespaciodeart.com/equinoccio-de-otono-2021/

I tried to change this, putting an image at the beginning of one of my published articles and I can't change it according to the post style I select.
Whether I select a post style, 1, 2, 4, 8, it doesn't change, it always appears to me the same way. Look:
    https://elespaciodeart.com/dia-de-los-arcangeles-gabriel-miguel-rafael/

I understood that in this theme I could select different styles for each post that I publish.

I can't do it. If I change the post style from: > Customize > Single Posts > General  it changes all the styles and I want to use different styles for each post. How can I achieve this? Can you help me, please?

    Thanks for your help.

    Hi,

Strange, I just checked it from my testing site and I can see it can works normally.

So, please try the points below:

    1/ Re-update the theme:

You can re-update the theme by doing follow the steps below:

    a) Edit the code like on the image below:

    6907026176.png

    b) Go to Appearance > Themes > and click the update now button to re-update the theme.

Make sure you're using Envato Market plugin to update the theme.

2/ Please try to deactivate all plugins ( except plugins that come from the theme ) and try it again. If it works, let's enable each plugin to check what plugin caused this issue.

If after trying 2 points above and it still doesn't work, please send me your WordPress site admin URL and admin account ( username and password  ) - in a PRIVATE REPLY. I will take a look at this to help you.

    Best Regards,

    PenciDesign

    Hi,

I've checked your site. The single post template is already displayed as Style 4, so what's wrong here?

Please send me a screenshot of the single post template you want to display.

    Regards,
    PenciDesign.

    Hi!

    Thank you for your answer.

I don't know what happend. I logout the WordPress admin and wrote you. Now, when I enter again in the WordPress admin now it's everything OK. How? I checked it in Opera browser, in Safari and it didn't appear right. Now that I check it again, everything is already correct.

Maybe when I logout the Wordpress Administrator all the caches were cleared, emptied. Could that be?

I'm very sorry to have bothered you. I do not know what happened. But now I'm going to be clearing the cache of my browsers, WordPress, because this thing made me a bad move.

    So sorry again.

Thanks a lot for your help!

    Hi,

The problem because you've not enabled the featured image on the single post. I've logged in then enable this featured at Appearance → Customize → Single Posts → General: uncheck Hide Featured Image on Top.

    Regards,
    PenciDesign.
