Hi. Please have a look at my landing page. All of my product images are blank - there are only grey placeholders. I can click on the place holders and still link to the individual product pages, but the images are gone.
This is very frustrating as I have some work in a gallery right now and have been getting lots of new visitors to my site.
Also, on my About page, the text is totally messed up and illegible and my Instagram feed images are gone. This IG issue a recurring problem with each new Soledad update and I always have to enter my credentials over and over again.
1/ Please make sure you're using the Penci Portfolio version 3.0
If not, let update it by go to Plugins > All Plugins > deactivate & delete plugin "Penci Portfolio"
After that, go to Appearance > Install Plugins > and re-install & activate plugin "Penci Portfolio"
2/ On your About page - the text on the About Page messed because you've set line-height for your text is 0.1 em via Elementor setting.
Please edit that page by using elementor > select and edit that text by using elementor > click on the "Style" tab at the top left > click on "Typography" and change the line height to higher value - example: 1.5
3/ For the problems with IG, this issue caused by Instagram has change the API recently and we've fixed it from version 8.0.5. You can get it works again by go to Dashboard > Soledad > Connect Instagram > and connect to your Instagram account. Note that: You need to re-connect it after maximum 60 days since the Instagram API will be expired after 60 days. ( it set by Instagram self - not us )
After that, remove the old IG widget, drag & drop it again and config it the way you want. The issue doesn't happen again if you keep the IG API is not expired.
Thank you so much for your quick and excellent help. Your suggestions worked and I've now eliminated the issues. The odd thing is, I haven't worked on my About page at all since the site went live, other than to deal with the IG issue regularly. So I'm not sure how the line height got changed because the text was fine until recently. A mystery.
and tell me how to change the colour of the button for add to cart. Right now it's black. It didn't use to be black, I had it set to a totally different colour. I think something went randomly sideways a bit during one of the updated.
I've gone into Customize/Woocommerce/Colors but there are too many options. Too many Product Item Styles to choose from and I'm not sure which one controls the 'add to cart button' I'm using. Thank you.
