2. About the error on the Google Console. This scheme data was generated by the RankMath plugin, so you need the default feature by Soledad by going to Appearance → Customize → General → Schema markup: check to Remove Schema Data for Single Posts/Pages option.
3. You can remove the PageSpeed Optimizer plugin from your website. Since version 8.0.7, all the optimization features are included in Penci Shortcode & Optimization plugin.

1. About your issue, please go to Appearance → Customize → Speed Optimization → Optimize CSS:
Exclude Stylesheets from Optimize CSS: enter id:woocommerce-smallscreen,
Exclude Stylesheets from Remove Unused CSS: enter id:woocommerce-smallscreen,
2. Navigate to Appearance → Customize → WooCommerce → Single Product: uncheck Convert select into the button option.
