    What is the name of the green bar in the attached image called.  I want to change it's colour and cannot find it anywhere.

    Hi,

    It seems you've added a widget inside Header SignUp Form sidebar.

    Please go to Appearance > Widgets > on sidebar "Header SignUp Form" > remove the widget inside it to remove it.

    It's the place for header signup form and should be put the widget "Mailchimp for WordPress" inside it only.
