Hi, I am relatively new to building websites and so far I have not been able to do what I would like with the Soledad theme. First of all, how do I just build a standard homepage just like the rest of the pages I create? I have only been able to build a homepage in the Customize portion of Wordpress. The options and layouts of this seem extremely limited. For instance, I seem bound by the default post layout options and have not figure out a way to customize these layouts. I just want to be able to build the page in page builder like I would any other page.
There's other little things. Like I initially synched our Instagram account in the footer and it worked great. It since has stopped displaying pictures from our account in the footer and I can't seem to get it working again. I've also toyed around with adding a sign up form in the footer, but nothing seems to enable it on the site.
This may or may not be related to the theme, but there is also no "Appearance" tab that is in the backend of Wordpress. Appearance, which I use to update widgets when not in Customize, just isn't an option and this is very frustrating.
Overall, I'm feeling fed up with this theme, even though I'd like to find a way to make it work and do what I want with it. It seems like it has many capabilities, I just can't figure them out. Thanks.

1. If you want to highly customization your homepage or another page, you should use the Elementor page builder plugin and view the document here: https://soledad.pencidesign.net/soledad-document/#homepage
2. The Instagram on the Footer working correctly on my browser, you can view the screenshot below:
3. The Appearance menus locate like the screenshot below:
If you've not found it on the site dashboard, maybe one of your installed plugins has been disabling it.
