Hi y'all, have contacted support previously about issues inserting templates (which was an issue support turned out already knowing about and working on), but now seem to have more general, site wide problems: when editing a (any) page, I have slow to no connection at all to the media library. When I manage to access the media library and I select an image, everything keeps loading and loading.
Saving, uploading, I currently get server error upon database error, and I was wondering if anyone else is experiencing the same, and if I can do something myself? (everything is up to date, cache is empty, database cleaned up, libraries synced, etc., etc.)
About this issue, you should contact your hosting supporter or switch to another theme to double-check this. Soledad doesn't modify any connections between the back-end and your server so this is not a problem with our theme.
Thank you, yes, you're right. The problem persisted after I disabled the theme, and the culprit turned out to be one of the plugins that had gone rogue. Still some stuff to fix in the background, but the theme is up and running and looks wonderful! :)
