    Hi,

after the last theme update I noticed a problem:

All headings of my posts and headings in the sliders suddenly changed their appearance (I think they are just not bold anymore ). I can't find where to change this. I want them to be bold again like they are in the posts directly.I have added screenshots.

    Thanks!

    Hi,

The problem because you've set the Elementor Global style, so some typography settings on Elemento have overwritten the default theme style.

In this case, please read the document to reset all the Elementor styles to default: https://elementor.com/help/theme-style-global-settings/

    Regards,
    PenciDesign.

    Thanks for your reply.

Since I'm a complete beginner, I'm really nervous to do this - so you mean I should delete the default kit?(see screenshot).

Does this then also mean that I have to redo all my fonts settings somewhere?
So does this affect everything I entered in the site settings in Elementor (design system and theme style)?

    Hi,

Yes. You should disable the theme kit on Elementor. All default typography has been overwritten by this kit style.

I have now deleted the default kit. Now all mentioned titles/headings are bold again.

However, as I feared, a lot of my settings of my post amounts are now deleted, like fonts/colors/spacing etc. :-(

So does it mean that I now have to do all these settings again? And if I enter them all again in design system and theme style, won't I be back to square one?

    Hi,

About your problem, you should read the document here: https://elementor.com/help/how-to-use-site-kits/, then apply the Elementor Kit to the page you want to use, do not apply for the entire site, because all your customize settings on Elementor Kit will overwrite the default theme style.

    PenciDesign.
