The news will be repeated because these are different blocks to kill and each block if you set it as one category, when the news is published and the last news is visible in all fields the same article will appear. The shape of the portal is great but the logic doesn't work
This is a Penci Big Grid element, you can modify the category by editing the homepage with the Elementor page builder, then modify the Query Based Posts settings like the screenshot below:
You can turn on the Avoid Duplicates option to exclude the duplicate posts on the homepage.
