Guys come-on.... your licensing system is horrible, I now do not have access to my primary site and have to send you a ticket just to access my admin panel. Are you kidding me?

It is saying my license code is attached to another site, that is no longer available and it seems you do no have a function to change it to the new site. How do you expect people to deve their site in staging and then move to production if you cant redirect the license key.

    This is slightly ridiculous.

The https://edcir2022.kinsta.cloud site was deleted and no longer exists.

    Please advise

this is crap..  I cant evenet into the admin screen to resolve anything because this function doesnt even allow me to access my dashboard - what can of shop are you guys running here? I would NOT RECCOMEND this theme to other users if this is how you treat your purchasers.

Thank you for resolving this quickly, it is working now. I would HIGHLY recommend you change this licensing process as it is to intrusive.

I am having the same problem.

I can't believe you are only allowing the license to cover one activation at a time - Are you suggesting I should be updating plugins on a live site? This is totally unacceptable.

    Hi @BrounHope,

    1. One license code only activate and use for one website/domain/end product only, this is a license term of all WordPress Theme sales on ThemeForest, not only Soledad theme,

    2. If you're running the stagging site, please create a new private ticket with your site admin login information, I'll check and help you activate it.

    Regards,
    PenciDesign.

This approach will not help me. I am running 2 different sites with two different active licenses. My cllients are regularly asking me to add new functionality to their sites which require me to dowload and test different plugins ON A DAILY BASIS.

In addition to this, I also need to be able to update plugins regularly.

But what you don't seem to understand is that in order to properly test functionality and update plugins I always need to be testing with the latest version of the live site.

This theme is a News theme - it is designed to have lots of new posts added EVERY SINGLE DAY. As such I need to destroy the old staging version and re-create new staging environments on a regular basis. Otherwise I would be testing the updates on a site that does not accurately represent the live site.

I don't have the luxury of opening a ticket and waiting for you to respond - every time I need access to a new staging version of one of the sites.

I never had this problem before - It is obviously a new feature of your software.

I understand this feature is designed to stop people running unlicensed versions of your theme but this current method is too limiting. There must be a way for you to allow staging versions of the site to use the same license.

    Hi @BrounHope,

    1. Thank you for your reply, I'll forward your message to my leader to improve the license management system in the future,

    2. At this time, I can only help you activate the developer license on the stagging site. If you can't open the new ticket, please send me your site WordPress admin to: [email protected]. I'll check and help you.

    Regards,
    PenciDesign.

I would have to agree. With most if not all of the themes I buy I am able to have it running on both a "live" and "staging" site with no issue. This is the first theme that has implemented a licensing schema that does not allow this to happen. It's a bit of a joke, as the other user mentioned these sites are meant to be working at scale. We test all plugins in staging before pushing to live and the current licensing is ridiculous, limited to one site for a scalable new website??? Who does that??

    Hi @sgilfus,

Thank you for your information. We'll consider changing the license approval system for the staging/live site in the future.
