    The website just started glitching when you try to scroll on PC. I just updated plugins, but it still happens.  Any suggestions? Thank you.

    This is a rendering issue with the latest version of the browser and sticky header JS code. We'll check then send you an update package this week.

    The problem persists and I didn't see any emails with a solution or an update package. Did I miss something?

    Hi,

    The problem is from the Gutenberg Blocks and Template Library by Otter plugin.

    This plugin has some JS code conflict with PenNews sticky header code, so please disable it the check your site again.
