Some of my content is not loading unless I'm logged in as user. Specifically, my featured slider just under menu on home page and my guest author grid on sidebar under the dropdown menu titled "TPD Contributors".
Also looks like "Guest Author Dropdown" shortcode is no longer working in sidebar.

About this case, please delete the Penci Shortcode & Performance plugin, then re-install it at Appearance → Install Plugins.
