    Hi there,

I want help with three issues.

Firstly, I tried to change the permalink to the link provided, and it still shows 1182. I went in and changed in permalinks to reflect the name of the post, and it's still not displaying the title of the post

Secondly, I've updated the sidebar on the home page, and it still shows the default on other pages; how can I make the updates I made for all pages.

Thirdly, how can I remove the sidebar from a post or a page?

Thanks for your help in advance.

    Hi,

    1. Please create a new post then check again, or you can change the 1182 post slug by following the document here: https://www.wpbeginner.com/glossary/post-slug/

    2. Go to Appearance → Customize → General → Category, Tag, Search, Archive: change the sidebar at:

    • Custom Sidebar Display on Category Pages
    • Custom Sidebar Left Display on Category Pages

    3. Navigate to Appearance → Customize → Single Posts → General: change the sidebar at the "Single Posts Sidebar Layout" option field.

You can also change this for individual posts/pages in the post editor screen like the screenshot below:
