In the beginning of filling in the address of my website, I typed it wrongly. My website address is ‘www.lamiapizzataiwan.com’, but I typed ‘www.lamiapizzataiwan.con’.
Due to this mistyping, it always shows that my purchase code is not available.
I'm having the same problem and I can't access my website. I'm also unable to open a ticket or send a message to the author of my template. Can someone please send me an email? My web designer registered my theme to a test page and then erased that page. Now I can't verify my purchase and I need to verify my purchase to open a ticket.
