I want to change my theme on my current site. I have a staging site on which i have creators headers, templates as well as Soledad theme customisations.
Is it possible to save all this rather than have to apply manually to the live site and avoid having minimal downtime?
Ideally i would like to install the theme and then just upload all the settings very fast.

2. You can export/import the customization data by installing the Customize Import/Export here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/customizer-reset/
3. Our Penci Header Builder already included the import/export feature, just click the Export button the add new & import the downloaded file.
